So yesterday for my Cardio workout I did 2 rounds of cardio followed by 2 rounds of the Beginners Interval training. I plan on moving to the endurance level next month and I want to be able to do a higher level HIIT workout when I do. I was expecting to be really sore today but I feel fantastic! I’ve only been doing this routine since April 4th and I’m already starting to feel the difference. I sleep better and have so much more energy. Why didn’t I do this sooner??
